What is a Makerspace?
A Makerspace is a collaborative learning environment which provides students with an opportunity to engage in hands-on, open-ended and creative ways to design, experiment, build and invent. Makerspaces often expose students to emerging technologies, and encourage our students to be innovators and risk-takers.
A Makerspace is more than just the physical space; it is a mindset of community partnership, collaboration, creation, and problem solving.
